Information
To maintain the neighborhood, we have
a set of Regulations with Deed Restrictions which are enforced
by the Homeowners' Association's elected Trustees. Any changes
to the exterior of your home, including changing the color
of your home, (decks, fences, other structures), etc. must
be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control
Committee. Turnaround time is normally very quick.
Also, dues are collected to maintain all of the common areas
of the Association which includes a pond, and several other
open spaces throughout the neighborhood. Currently, the dues
are set at $80 for the calendar year and are due at the
beginning of each calendar year.
