Information

To maintain the neighborhood, we have a set of Regulations with Deed Restrictions which are enforced by the Homeowners' Association's elected Trustees. Any changes to the exterior of your home, including changing the color of your home, (decks, fences, other structures), etc. must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Turnaround time is normally very quick.

Also, dues are collected to maintain all of the common areas of the Association which includes a pond, and several other open spaces throughout the neighborhood. Currently, the dues are set at $80 for the calendar year and are due at the beginning of each calendar year.

Scholarship

The Bentwood Farms/Mallard Pond Scholarship, established by the Bentwood Farms/Mallard Pond Homeowner’s Association is funded by the dues provided for the preservation and enhancement of the quality of life for residents of our neighborhood. The scholarship consists of a single $1000 tuition grant to be awarded to a graduating high school Senior that is a resident of the Bentwood Farms/Mallard Pond Subdivision in Pickerington, Ohio, Violet Township.
